Sleet storm here in VT today!
I'm currently signing up musicians to be a part of the Slow Session I lead through Connecticut Academy of Irish Music. The dates we're looking at are 2/23, 3/2, 3/9, (alt 3/16), 3/23, 3/30, and 4/6 (alt 4/13). The time may be 1pm. Trying to make it work for all who wish to join.
All instruments are welcome! I send a Zoom link each Sunday, and we play a predetermined group of tune sets- jigs, reels, hornpipes, waltzes, barndances, airs. You hear only me and yourself, so it's a good practice session, no pressure. I get tune suggestions from everyone so we can work on your favorites. You can also record the session and work on the tunes again and again.
The cost for 6 sessions is $270, payable to me (Venmo and Paypal ok, also checks).
